If possible please submit the same picture twice.  The first picture should be no bigger than 20k, and the 2nd picture no bigger than 512k.  If unsure then please submit what you have and we will do the rest.  If you have submitted a property or a car and you now have the picture then please give us the id number and or the car registration no, and date submitted or your email address in the Description field.
